ANDREW SMITH on potential risks in commercial property

Part 1, June 9: There will be more price falls to come in some areas of the UK property market but Britain has got the pain through its system more quickly than other investment markets, argues Andrew Smith, head of fund management at Aberdeen Property Investors. Mr Smith tells Gillian Tett that the price falls have been fairly uniform but secondary properties in poorer locations have been hit harder than those in desirable locations.
