It's five months since the Dodd-Frank legislation was passed to regulate the over counter (OTC) derivatives markets. Nicolas Breteau, CEO of Newedge, the world's largest futures broker, discusses with Jeremy Grant, whether exchanges, clearing houses and traders are any clearer about how this regulation will be implemented, especially after the Republican resurgence in the midterm elections.
