May 22: BA nosedives to record £401m loss

British Airways plunged to a record loss in its last financial year to the end of March from a record profit a year earlier with a £1.3bn reversal in its fortunes, the worst slump in its history. Kevin Done, aerospace correspondent, talks to Daniel Garrahan about how the decline in business travellers has hit the airline and how BA plans to make up for its losses.
