Sri Lanka mourns after missed warnings of terror attacks

The government has blamed the attacks on two Islamist extremist groups. Isis has also claimed responsibility. The blasts targeted churches and luxury hotels, killing more than 300 people. The FT's Stephanie Findlay reports
