Howard Wolfson, Former Communications Director for the Clinton Campaign, speaks to Edward Luce, Washington DC Bureau Chief, and looks forward to Hillary Clinton's speech on Tuesday night, as well as Bill Clinton's speech Wednesday night at the Democratic National Convention.
