July 22: CARL-PETER FORSTER on the economic downturn

In the first part of this week's View from the Top, Carl-Peter Forster, president of GM Europe, tells Richard Milne that the economic downturn is making things difficult in North America for the world's largest carmaker. Mr Forster hopes by raising additional cash, GM will weather the financial storm and he insists that Saab is not for sale.
