Oil sector's skills gap is unsafe

Matt Christensen, global head of responsible investment at Axa Investment Managers, warns research shows that boom and bust cycles in the oil industry has led to a shortage of managers with adequate skills. He calls on investors to ask tough questions or witness a new Deepwater Horizon accident in the future.
