Lex: Rusal

UC Rusal, the aluminium group controlled by Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska, fell sharply on its Hong Kong trading debut on Wednesday following the company's long struggle to come to market. Shares of Rusal fell 10.6 per cent to close at HK$9.66 from the initial public offering price of HK$10.80, making the company the tenth-worst performing debut in Hong Kong since 2008, accoridng to Dealogic.
