Sep 25: Left leader campaigns for historic result in German election

The radical German Left party, led in parliament by Gregor Gysi, may be a deciding factor in the national elections on Sunday - not least by taking votes away from the centre-left SPD fighting for power after four years in a grand coalition. The FT joined Mr Gysi on the campaign trail in Koepenick, south east Berlin, to find out how he hopes to exercise influence as a new government forms.
