Leaders from the tourism and travel industries have been meeting in Dubai with sustainability at the top of their agenda. Formula 1 racing attracts huge numbers of spectators to its races around the world and wouldn't normally be held up as an example of eco-tourism; but that might be about to change. Nick Fry, chief executive of Honda Racing, tells Roger Blitz why the F1 team believes the racing grid will soon be dominated by fuel-efficient cars and how that technology might be rolled out to general production.
