Part 1: NASDAQ chief Bob Greifeld faces the stiff challenge of integrating three new exchanges, which he signed merger agreements with in 2007. In this edited interview, Mr. Greifeld talks about how deals with the Boston Stock Exchange, Philadelphia Stock Exchange and Scandinavian exchange operator OMX helped make NASDAQ part of the exchange consolidation movement that it had been itching to join for some time.
