Call for more women on UK boards

Lord Davies, former trade minister, wants to see more than double the number of women on UK boards by 2015. He tells Brian Groom, UK employment and business editor, that chairmen and headhunters must do more to equalise the sex ratios in business, or face the prospect of enforced quotas.
