Socialist party wins Spain election

Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez will try and form a government that will strengthen Europe. His Socialists won 123 seats on Sunday, up from 85 in 2016 and he has options to assemble a parliamentary majority, probably with backing from left-learning allies
