Our firm and my colleagues win awards for all kinds of things, but this is a really big one. There are so many innovative things that we do in this firm. There's the way we collaborate with [? Deloitte ?] for innovative ways of managing transactions. There's the way we've set up a fantastic team in Belfast, which is actually our fifth biggest office, which runs everything by automation. But actually, what really clinched it is our approach to empowering people to be creative and to take risks.
The problem with being innovative is that it encourages our clients to demand that we're more innovative. So that's the challenge for us. How do you keep up that pace of innovation? How do you keep up that culture of challenging all of your people to think creatively, to put forward ways of doing things that are different, that are client focused, and that really drive value in the delivery of the kind of business that we are?
