Borsa Istanbul eyes alliances

Ibrahim Turhan, chairman and chief executive of the Istanbul stock exchange, talks to Ralph Atkins, capital markets editor, about plans to link up with the London Stock Exchange. He also discusses global regulation, warning that regulators should not forget that emerging markets have had a different crisis to more developed economies.
