If I get in, we'll come out deal or no deal on October 31.
SUBJECT 3: Yep, Good man, good man.
INTERVIEWER: We'll do that.
SUBJECT 3: Thank you very much.
INTERVIEWER: Would that make you come back and vote Conservative again?
SUBJECT 3: Yes, yes.
INTERVIEWER: That's the spirit.
SUBJECT 3: Yes.
INTERVIEWER: But we've go to have courage to tell the people of this country that we can do it if we really want to. And that's the only way, actually--
SUBJECT 4: And you're the only person that can do that.
INTERVIEWER: A lot teachers are telling me that they feel that the funding per pupil isn't high enough.
We need new police out there, but sometimes, I think we need--
SUBJECT 5: More visibility I think.
INTERVIEWER: And stop and search?
SUBJECT 5: Yes, definitely.
INTERVIEWER: Totally, I'm totally with you.
SUBJECT 6: My daughter used to live in London.
INTERVIEWER: Safe, big city it was when I used to run it. I can tell you we got crime down by 20%. We go the murder rate down.
SUBJECT 6: I don't want to slag Mr Khan off, but it's not good.
INTERVIEWER: But I also think we need to be supporting the wealth creators and the business sector because otherwise you're not going to have the dolsh to invest.
SUBJECT 7: That's right.
INTERVIEWER: Cut some taxes and you'll get more money in.
Would you normally think of yourself as a Conservative voter? Would you say?
SUBJECT 7: No.
Ever? Can I ask you a terrible question? Would you consider voting for me?
SUBJECT 7: Yes.
INTERVIEWER: If there is one lesson in that referendum of 2016, it is that too many people feel left behind. That they're not able to take part fully in the opportunities and success of our country. That's why now is the time to unite our society and unite our country, to build the infrastructure, to invest in education, to improve our environment, and to support our fantastic NHS, creators, and the businesses that make that investment possible. Now is the time for us to believe in ourselves and what we can do. And that's why I am standing to be leader of the Conservative Party.
