Bundesbank: Euro strength "not a reason for concern"

In an interview with the FT's Ralph Atkins, the deputy head of economics at the Bundesbank, Jens Ulbrich, says that foreign demand for German goods is more important to the health of the country's economy. Exports rose by 3.8 per cent in January, compared with December, the German statistics office reported on Monday - the biggest monthly increase since September 2006.
