Jun 11: Fragmentation exacerbated flash crash

The flash crash of May 6 reverberated through even the futures market. Craig Donohue, chief executive of CME Group, lays the blame at the door of the cash equities markets and the increasing fragmentation of the market. He offers the structure of the futures market as a better trading model. Mr Donohue also expands on the futures exchange's plans in Europe.
