Apr 1: BlackRock on US interest rates

Curtis Arledge, chief investment officer of fixed income at BlackRock, says it is possible that the Fed may begin tightening rates by the end of the year, but his forecast is that rates will remain unchanged in 2010. He adds that fixed income markets are well supported and will continue to be "well supported for some period of time."
