Scotland seeks boost from renewable energy

Scotland's economy has performed much better than many would have expected given the problems faced by HBOS and RBS, its two largest banks. But while the government is targeting new growth areas such as renewable energy, concerns remain about the impact of public sector cuts. Andrew Bolger, Scotland correspondent, reports
