Aussie gains from carry trade, not Chinese growth

The Australian dollar is back near seven-month highs, but while in the past this was down to the country's trade links to China, this time it is the rates market behind the rise. The FT's Josh Noble says that investors are searching for yield and that, right now, Australia is the best hunting ground.
