Defending clearing

Moving more OTC derivatives deals onto clearing houses is bigger than transferring risk to a counterparty default from banks, says Terry Duffy, CME Group executive chairman. He tells Philip Stafford, FT Trading Room editor, the US should not try to over-regulate Europe.
