State Street looks for Europe acquisitions

Jay Hooley, chief executive of State Street, tells the FT’s Gillian Tett that new capital requirements will have an impact on investment banks' return on equity. Mr Hooley says that State Street is looking to expand as other companies try to find stable ground.
