Andrew Milligan, Standard Life: Expect period of lower growth

Part 3 (recorded on Thu Apr 3rd 2008): Andrew Milligan, head of global strategy at Standard Life Investments, says the UK government and others are too optimistic about growth and that we are "in for a sustained period of sub-trend growth". He tells Gillian Tett, FT global markets editor, small investors should probably stick to cash for the short term; for the longer term they might consider "bombed-out" equities in the banking and property sectors.
