Europe pins its hopes on Obama

June 3: Europe is pinning its hopes for better transatlantic relations on a presidential win by Barack Obama, says Timothy Garton Ash, professor of European studies at St Antony's College, Oxford. He adds that Britain could continue to be "the odd man out".
