Oct 20: 'Consulting is not discretionary'

Pt 3: Hans-Paul Bürkner, chief executive of Boston Consulting Group, one of the world's largest management consultancies, says consulting will fare better than in last recession and that companies have to see it as a core part of restructuring and survival.
