O.N.I.F.C. positions Pittsburgh rapper Wiz Khalifa as co-traveller with Jay-Z and Kanye West in rap’s Lear jet: the title stands for Only Nigga in First Class.
There are some bold, Kanye-esque sonic moves – “Fall Asleep” appears wittily to have a shoegaze sample buried in its mix – but the album founders on Wiz’s lack of charisma (he’s no Jay-Z) and the torpid selection of beats.
