Experimental feature

In reggae, it is always the End Times, and there is a finality to this disc from the Cote D’Ivoirian singer: the title track simultaneously mimics a final boarding call for a continent poised for take off, and issues a warning of last, or possibly lost chances – the same rhetorical move pulled by Sean Kuti on “African Airways”.

Fellow musicians Alpha Blondy, Nneka and Patrice add weight but not – except on “War Inna Babylon” – gravitas.
