Brexit plan hangs in balance as Davis and Johnson resign

David Davis and Boris Johnson have delivered a heavy blow to Theresa May’s authority by resigning as Brexit secretary and foreign secretary respectively. Mr Davis warned he would fight any move by the prime minister to make further concessions to Brussels.
