Scott Moeller is director and founder of the M&A research centre at Cass Business School in London where he teaches mergers and acquisitions on the MBA and MSc programmes.

He is professor in the practice of finance and the former chief executive and director of executive education at the school.

Prior to his academic career, Prof Moeller spent six years at Deutsche Bank in London where he held many senior banking positions. He previously worked for Morgan Stanley for more than 12 years in both New York and Japan and was also a board member of Morgan Stanley Bank AG in Germany.

He has a BA, MA and MBA. from Yale University.
