Economist Saul Estrin is to quit London Business School to join the London School of Economics.
He will take up the role of professor of management at LSE in September.
Prof Estrin joined LBS in 1991 and held a number of senior roles, including deputy dean for faculty and deputy dean for faculty and research. He also chaired the economics subject area at LBS and was director of two of the school’s centres.
Prof Estrin is one of two former deputy deans who have announced they will leave the school this summer – George Yip is the second. Dean Laura Tyson is also leaving the school in December to return to Berkeley in the US.
