US probes Infosys and Tata Consultancy over H1-B visas

Lawmakers believe hundreds of American workers have been replaced by foreigners

The US government is investigating Infosys and Tata Consultancy Services, two leaders of the Indian IT outsourcing industry, over their use of visas to bring highly-skilled workers to America, according to two US lawmakers.
