Employers are increasingly looking for soft skills in areas such as negotiation or conflict resolution, according to John Delaney, dean of the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. He tells the FT's Della Bradshaw that students will increasingly be judged on their communication skills.
