UK police have searched six addresses and made seven arrests after the terror attack around the Houses of Parliament on Wednesday, the Metropolitan Police said today.
In a brief press conference, acting deputy commissioner Mark Rowley added that 29 people have been treated in hospital as a result of the attack. Seven remain in a critical condition.
“It is still our belief that the attacker acted alone during the Westminster attack yesterday and was inspired by international terrorism,” the police added.
However, he said that it is “business as normal in London”.
