It is not often that business schools can boast course participants that rank among the aristocracy. But London Business School this month returned to Jordan in the Middle East to teach an executive programme that had among its participants the local royalty.
The two-day programme was called Why Should Anyone be Led by You?, also the title of the programme director Rob Goffee’s most recent book. Core themes included how to motivate and inspire others and how to create high-performance teams.
