Alain Lempereur is the negotiation and mediation chair professor at Essec Business School in France and Singapore.

He carries out research, executive training and consulting work on leadership, negotiation and conflict resolution for businesses and government leaders.

Prof Lempereur advises national and international organisations, such as the European Commission, NATO, OECD, UNDP (United Nations Development Programme) and WHO (World Health Organisation) and has developed reconciliation and leadership programmes in African countries such as Burundi and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

He holds a doctorate in juridical sciences and a Master of Laws (LLM) from Harvard Law School.
