Prepare to join a board

Harvey Nash and the University of Hong Kong are now accepting applications for the second intake of their women directorship programme. The programme is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to demonstrate they are ready for the responsibilities of the boardroom as a director or non-executive director. The programme will run over six days in February and March 2014.

The Wharton school at the University of Pennsylvania is hosting an open house for MBA candidates at its San Francisco campus with Columbia Business School, Harvard, Stanford and the Kellogg School at Northwestern University. The session will address the specific interests of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community. Additionally, the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, MIT Sloan School of Management, UCLA Anderson School of Management and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business will join the open house for a school fair.
