Sir, It seems to me that Lucy Kellaway has overcome imposter syndrome (“ Losing the fear can be liberating – and dangerous”, November 10). After being told or given the feeling for centuries that they weren’t as good as men, women have been given the opportunity (or they seized it?) to prove the contrary in the last few decades. Lucy is doing it in a beautiful way every Monday. She seems to have realised to what extent she is successful and that she owes it only to her talent. But while Lucy may not be frightened any more, I cannot imagine the state of her colleagues at the Financial Times as she has raised the bar so high. They must be scared to death!
