Be environmentally aware

The Entrepreneurship Club and Centre for Carbon Innovation at the University of Edinburgh Business School in Scotland is hosting a talk on the rapidly growing low carbon space. The talk is the first of three on this theme and will be followed by a wine and networking reception.

AACSB International, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, is holding an accreditation seminar in Copenhagen. Gonzalo Garland, vice-president for development at IE Business School in Spain will lead the seminar.

Be fashion-conscious

Kamal Munir, a professor at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School, is leading a research workshop on global production networks in the 21st century, called The High Cost of Cheap T-shirts. The workshop is being held at City University Cass Business School in London.

Skema Business School alumni are hosting a 60-minute interactive workshop with Sylvie Giret, an expert in the development of overseas companies and brands in the US market and Anette Rosenzweig, an executive career and life coach. The workshop includes an analysis of the ‘personal brand’ concept and how it can be built and managed efficiently.
