Tima Bansal is a professor at the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario in Canada. Her research interests and teaching are focused in the areas of sustainable development and international business.
She is the director of the Cross-Enterprise Leadership Centre on Building Sustainable Value and the executive director for the Network for Business Sustainability. The centre and the network aim to reinforce the links between research and practice.
She was awarded the Aspen’s Institute title of Faculty Pioneer for Academic Leadership and has a doctorate from the University of Oxford.
Previously, Prof Bansal worked as an economist for the Canadian government and as a management consultant for Nicholls Applied Management.
