Henley Business School faculty and senior staff and the University of Reading’s vice-chancellor Sir David Bell are hosting an alumni reception to celebrate the achievements of their alumni and the growth of the school and university’s presence in China.

The Open University Business School is hosting a public debate between Evan Davis, visiting professor at the OU and Keith Clarke, former chief executive of Atkins Global. Both will examine increased investment in infrastructure to address current challenges on the British economy.

Meet two philanthropists

Bob and Dottie King, who donated $150m to Stanford University in 2012, are sharing their story and path to success at the Stanford Graduate School of Business in the US. Their gift has been used to create the Stanford Institute for Innovation in Developing Economies.

Learn about the circular economy

London Business School is hosting an information session on the Schmidt-MacArthur Fellowship, an international programme for postgraduate students on creative and innovative thinking around the circular economy. Break some myths
