Kiron Ravindran is professor of information systems at IE Business School in Spain where he teaches on the international and global MBA programmes.
With his training in applied economics and mechanical engineering, he has an interest in emerging technologies.
He has worked for a large automotive manufacturer, where he managed the sourcing from suppliers and sub-contractors. He was also a sourcing strategy consultant in the IT sector.
Prof Ravindran gained a PhD from the University of California, Irvine, focusing on various subjects such as information technology management, governance and contract design, organisational social network analysis and economics of information systems.
