Nandani Lynton is adjunct professor of management at China Europe International Business School (Ceibs).
She is an expert in global leadership, organisational development and intercultural management.
Previously Prof Lynton was vice-president of corporate learning Asia and clinical professor of global business at Thunderbird School of Global Management. She has designed and delivered senior executive programmes for various clients including Bank of America, ExxonMobil, Intel and Volkswagen.
Prof Lynton has an MA and a PhD in cultural anthropology from Cornell University, New York state and has more than 20 years of international consulting experience in the private and public sectors.
