The FT MBA Quiz invites business schools worldwide to submit a team of students and/or alumni to pit their wits against each other at the FT’s London offices. Compered by FT management editor Andrew Hill, the contest on February 24 2015 will test teams’ knowledge of business and raise money for the International Rescue Committee, the humanitarian charity and FT seasonal appeal partner.

The event - won last year by the team from Imperial College Business School - will also mark the launch of the annual FT MBA Challenge, in which students can apply their new skills to help the charity.

Who should enter:

This event is aimed at business schools worldwide. Entry is limited to one team per school.

Team size: 3-6 members

Team entry fee: £2,000 donation to the IRC

Venue: FT offices in London, One Southwark Bridge, London SE1 9HL

Schedule:

  • 18:00 Team registration & networking
  • 18:30 Welcome speeches
  • 18:45 Challenge starts
  • 19:45 Intermission followed by the final round
  • 20:30 Winner announced
  • 21:00 Event ends

FT coverage:

All teams will participate in the first four competitive rounds and then the two leading teams will compete in the final round. The final round will be filmed for the FT Business School channel on ft.com.
