Health and Well-being

  • Private Medical Insurance
    The FT group provides free private medical insurance for employees, with concessionary rates for immediate family members. The company also operates a generous sickness absence pay policy to support those who become ill during employment.
  • Gym
    In most locations we offer subsidised membership of selected gymnasiums situated close to our offices.
  • "PeopleLine"
    A confidential service for employees and their immediate families, which provides information on a range of issues including bereavement, marital/relationship, financial, legal, drug/alcohol abuse, childcare and eldercare concerns. Whilst prepaid by the FT Group, this service is totally confidential and managed by an external Company.
  • Other Facilities:
    At some of our larger locations additional facilities are available including access to a company Doctor and occupational health nurse, on-site restaurant / dining facilities, conference and meeting room facilities.
