Experian sees no short-term recovery

Experian warned it did not expect a short-term recovery in the US and UK financial services markets, although the credit checking provider did report a small increase in underlying first-quarter sales on Thursday.

Two-fifths of Experian’s business comes from US and UK financial services companies, which use its credit checking systems when deciding whether to lend to customers.
