Aixtron advanced 8.5 per cent to €21.50 after announcing at Frankfurt’s German equity forum that it expected to see a record order intake in 2009 thanks to strong fourth-quarter volumes. Separately, Deutsche Bank raised the chip equipment maker’s price target from €26 to €28.
