Daisy Group has made its third acquisition since forming less than two months ago. The company is paying £17m ($28m) cash for the telecommunications division of Redstone.

Formed when two telecoms companies reversed into an Aim cash shell, Daisy is being built into a group offering telecoms services to small and medium-sized enterprises.
