It has been a frustrating week, to say the least, with vendors not behaving as they should, a proliferation of thieves in west London and clients being not entirely straightforward. The Thesp’s rendition of “The Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow” has failed to sustain a smile on my face and I’m beginning to wonder if my self-imposed abstinence from alcohol is causing my irascibility.
The saga of acquiring the pied-à-terre in Chelsea for my most favoured clients continues with the shades of truth that the vendor has told us emerging into some kind of clarity as documentation from his solicitor arrives. But my clients are patient and philosophical and we understand the vendor needs to sell, so hopefully the deal will come to fruition.
