Corus's partner anxious over Teesside deal

The partner in an innovative deal to keep open Corus's large steel plant on Teesside has spoken of "anxieties" about the terms of the agreement, raising the possibility of tensions with the Anglo-Dutch steelmaker.

Bruno Bolfo, chairman and owner of Duferco, a Swiss company leading a consortium that this week agreed to buy most of Teesside's steel over the next 10 years, said he was "a little bit concerned" that under the agreement he would not have a say in managing the plant.
